Afternoon All,

Please be advised of the following incident identified by our Insights & Experimentation Team:

Incident Name: Delays in Data Processing for Measure Effect
Data Affected: July 18th

Over the weekend, our ETL pipelines encountered a failure. Specifically, the Shopper Log main ETL failed on Saturday (18th July) due to an incorrect file format received.

As a result, the data for 18th July is currently unavailable in ME.

This issue has been escalated to the technical team, who are actively working on a resolution. Once the issue is resolved, we’ll rerun the pipeline, and Insights will be updated with the T-2 days of data as usual.


Current Status:
- The issue is being treated as a priority.
- The technical team is working on a fix.
- An update will be provided as soon as possible
