Please be advised that scheduled maintenance has been planned for Monday 15th June 2026, as part of our bi-monthly Sisense application upgrade. This activity ensures the platform remains secure, fully patched, and up to date, while also enabling access to the latest features, including the new Sisense AI dashboard capabilities.
Maintenance Window Date:Monday 15th June 2026 Start Time: 10:00 GMT End Time: 14:00 GMT
During this window, we will be upgrading the Internal Insights production environment.
We anticipate minimal service disruption during this period. However, should any issues arise, a rollback plan is in place to restore the system to its previous state.
Ifsan and the team will be actively monitoring the platform during and after the upgrade to ensure stability.

Good Morning All,
Please be advised that we will be upgrading our real-time analytics platform from Startree v1 to Startree v2 to improve security, scalability, performance, and long-term platform support.
Start Time: Wednesday 3rd June 2026 12:00PM End Time: Thursday 4th June 2026 12:00PM
Expected Impact
Analytics & Data Ingestion (Pinot) - No expected downtime for data ingestion or analytics queries. - A temporary increase in query latency of less than 10% may occur during migration activities.
Alerting & Monitoring (ThirdEye) - Alerting services may be unavailable for up to 24 hours during the migration. - Some alerts may be delayed or not triggered during this period.
Risk Mitigation To minimise risk, we will:
- Run both environments in parallel prior to cutover. - Validate data consistency and platform performance throughout the migration. - Maintain rollback capability should any issues arise.
