Scheduled - Afternoon All,
We recently observed an increase in job failures and overall application degradation on the Flix360 server. Following internal discussions, we will implement the following infrastructure changes to address the issue:
Production Deployment
Date: 13 January 2026
Maintenance Window: 11:00–13:00
Scope: Flix360 Production
Planned Changes
- Upgrade PHP version from 8.0 to 8.1
- Change instance architecture from x86 to ARM
These changes have already been deployed to ALPHA and are operating as expected.

What to expect:
- No planned downtime
- Minimal to no customer impact
- Increased monitoring during the testing window
This activity is part of our annual security assessment and disaster recovery validation cycle and helps ensure our platforms remain secure and resilient.
If any unexpected service issues are detected, our teams will respond immediately.
