As part of our ongoing commitment to security and reliability, Flixmedia recently conducted scheduled penetration testing across selected external cloud services.
The assessment identified an opportunity to further strengthen our environment through a service upgrade to the Syndication application. This upgrade is a proactive improvement designed to enhance security, system stability, and long term performance.
Maintenance Window Date: Tuesday 3rd March 2026 Start Time: 05:30 GMT End Time: 09:30 GMT
What this means:
- The Syndication application will undergo a planned service upgrade - No data integrity risks were identified during testing - The upgrade is preventative and aligns with our continuous security improvement practices - This change has been tested on our alpha environment
What to expect: - 5-10 minutes planned downtime - Increased monitoring during the testing window
This activity is part of our annual security assessment and helps ensure our platforms remain secure and resilient.
