Good Morning All,
Please be advised that we have scheduled maintenance this morning as part of our bi-monthly Sisense application upgrade. This ensures the system remains patched, secure, and up to date, while also enabling access to the latest features, including the new Sisense AI dashboard capabilities.
Maintenance Window - Date: Thursday 1th September 2025 - Start Time: 10:00GMT - End Time: 12:00 GMT
During this time, we will be upgrading the Smart Insights production environment. These updates have been successfully tested on our Alpha Staging environments and will be rolled out in a phased approach to ensure system stability.
We anticipate minimal service disruption during this period. However, should any issues arise, a rollback plan is in place to restore the system to its previous state.
Ifsan and the team will be actively monitoring for any issues during and after the upgrade.
