Morning All,
Please be advised of the upcoming scheduled maintenance planned for Tuesday 15th October 2024.
During this time we will be decommissioning our RedisDB Caching Services and moving over to Dynamo Database Services
Start Date: Tuesday 15th October at 10:30AM End Date: Wednesday 16th October at 10:30AM
We do not anticipate any downtime during this transition however this is a possibility that caching services within Flixmedia Syndication could be affected during this maintenance period. In this event, we have a rollback plan in place to revert these changes back to the previous instance configuration.
The Service Team have been informed in case of an additional customer queries that may come through Salesforce on the day.
