Please be advised of the following incident identified by our Insights & Experimentation Team:
Incident Name: Delays in Data Processing for Measure Effect Data Affected: January 6th – March 30th (Main Dashboard Only)
During routine scheduled maintenance to ensure Insights retains 14 months of data, we performed a full cube build last weekend. However, an error was encountered in the process due to a technical issue preventing certain calculations from executing correctly in SiSense.
This issue has been escalated to the technical team, who are actively working on a resolution. Once fixed, another cube build will be attempted to restore the affected data.
Current Status: - The issue is being treated as a priority. - The technical team is working on a fix. - An update will be provided as soon as possible (by tomorrow morning at the latest).
