Afternoon All,

We recently observed an increase in job failures and overall application degradation on the Flix360 server. Following internal discussions, we will implement the following infrastructure changes to address the issue:

Production Deployment
Date: 13 January 2026
Maintenance Window: 11:00–13:00
Scope: Flix360 Production

Planned Changes
- Upgrade PHP version from 8.0 to 8.1
- Change instance architecture from x86 to ARM

These changes have already been deployed to ALPHA and are operating as expected.
